Personal Note
Many of you know me personally but for those of you who do not, I am an Infusion Nurse! I have seen thousands of patients all across the country and have worked for several of the largest specialty pharmacies for several decades now. I knew the demand for the best Infusion Nurses was high. So, we gathered some of my closest friends in NE Florida and founded RN Enterprises Infusion Services, Inc. We have our issues and are not perfect, but I do know our staff works very hard to support our Nurses out in the field. We want to be the very best Team of Infusion Nurses in the Country!

Upcoming Important Dates
It is tough seeing patients for all these different pharmacies. We want to give you the tools to be confident and secure in your role as a Home Infusion Therapy Nurse. The business has become more and more complex with so many expectations and requirements from our Pharmacy Partners. We realize it can be frustrating when asked to clarify or resubmit a Note but please help us and be patient as we have many dedicated staff members working hard to make things as easy as possible for you. You can reach out to your Nurse Manager or the RNE Main Office anytime for assistance. .

We continue to provide excellent Infusion Nursing to many patients across the land. We know it can be a jungle out there, but we are here to support you. We have a few items I would like to cover:
1. Please provide corrections to your Infusion Nursing Notes when requested. Your Nurse Manager can work with you if you need help. Very important to get these Notes resubmitted to our Pharmacy Partners ASAP.
2. Update your information in NursePlexus so that we have the best profile on you.
3. Payroll – it is possible to get paid now from the Notes you submit in NursePlexus. Work with Ms. Cathy and her Team if you are interested in not completing a Time Sheet or submitting your hours into the payroll system any longer. We want to make things as simple as possible for you.
4. We have new Specialty Pharmacy Partnerships, including Aristacare Pharmacy, Dart Care, and several more Vital Care franchises and more in the works!
5. RNE recently attended the NHIA Conference in Washington, DC and the INS Conference in Las Vegas. Both were well attended. We intend to make another big splash at the IgNS Conference in Dallas in October. Scholarships are available to attend, and we would love to have as many of you as possible come. Let us know!
6. Hurricane Season is coming! Be on the alert for any storms. RNE will enact our CEMP (Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan) when necessary and provide you all with the appropriate instructions when the time arises.
