Payroll is due by noon on Monday this week!!
Please enter your time into the payroll system or submit your Time Sheet by 12 noon on Monday. Continue to submit your hours as you normally do. Prolastin patients still need to be on a paper or PDF Time Sheet only.Please know you can always call our Main Office 24/7 at
844-266-2600 for any issues or concerns.
Submit your hours online or turn in your Time Sheet by close of business tomorrow (Monday). Time Sheets go to

Requirements from our Pharmacy Partners:
- Contact your patient ASAP when receiving a referral! Do not delay. These patients are anxious to “get the ball rolling!” Too many patients are calling the pharmacy looking for their Nurse.
- If you have any issues at all with your patient, please contact the pharmacy immediately and notify us as well. This includes all days of the week 24/7.
- All Infusion Nursing Notes and Start of Care paperwork must be submitted within 48 hours of the visit. This is incredibly important for our company.2. Vital Sign Requirements: For IVIG which requires titration, we must perform vital signs every 15 min x4, every 30 min x2, then every hour. Know what your specific pharmacy requires.
- Authorizations: If you do not know about the authorized time for your patient or it is not sufficient, please reach out to Case Management for this information. NursePlexus gives you this information as well.
RNE REMINDERS:
- SOC (Start of Care) paperwork must be completed on ALL patients. We created an easier way using PandaDocs for patients who have emails (hand-written copies for those that do not have an email). A folder is still required to be left with the patient. You can also do your med profile in NursePlexus if you choose.
- Note tracking: For those of you who are still using paper or PDF Notes, you are able to upload these documents directly into NursePlexus easily. Please ask how you can assist our back office. Thank you!
